VIQ uses AI-powered voice and video capture to manage digital content for legal, criminal justice, insurance, media and more.

I have undertaken extensive learning on the specific documentation standards set forth by NSW legal requirements. As an STT Editor for the Reporting Services Branch (RSB) in NSW, I take the AI generated transcription of court proceedings, and implement the appropriate formatting for all different types of court scenarios. Starting off through SharePoint, our workflow transitioned to NetScribe, a comprehensive software facilitating end-to-end transcription.

I consistently delivered high-quality transcriptions that exceeded client expectations of 98.25% accuracy. Through meticulous attention to detail and a keen understanding of linguistic nuances and formatting, I ensured the accuracy and clarity of transcribed content. My ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements contributed to the seamless execution of transcripts.
